RDLA is an award-winning, mid-sized design firm in Boston. We are passionate about planning and design in the public realm. Our portfolio of work is diverse and includes a range of project types; historic planning, playgrounds, pop-up gardens, town commons, cemeteries, trail design, park planning, animal exhibits, and urban design. With each project we work closely as a team, elevating the design and detailing process with contributions from all staff members.

Landscape Designer/Architect (on-site) 40 hours/week
RDLA is seeking a talented, well-rounded individual for a full-time Landscape Designer/Architect position. The role will require a commitment to collaboration and communication within our team as well as the desire to engage mentors and problem-solve. The successful candidate will be engaged in every phase of the project including producing high-quality, diagrams, infographics, renderings, 3D models, and detailed technical drawings.

Qualifications:
•  Bachelor or Master in Landscape Architecture;
•  1-3 years of experience in a Landscape Architecture practice;
•  Excellent graphic and design skills including fluency with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and Sketchup. Proficiency with other programs is a bonus;
• Team player with strong interpersonal and written communication skills;
• Ability to manage time and work in a fast-paced environment;
• Pursuing professional licensure is desired, but not required;
• Ability to work in our office full time.

Compensation:
Salary commensurate with experience.
